Green Chili Chicken Casserole with Rice and Pinto Beans (GLUTEN FREE)

•    Preheat oven to 350°F.

•    Place casserole in the oven, covered, and heat for 20 minutes. Remove cover and continue heating for an      additional 10 minutes, until warmed through.

•    Warm beans and rice separately on the stovetop over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

•    To serve: spoon rice onto a plate or bowl, top with casserole, and finish with a fresh pico topping.
